Do you shoot your sessions in studio or on location?
It is totally your preference. We can do either studio, location, or a combination of both depending on your session.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, we discuss with our clients either in person or over the phone on an individual basis the details of the session. We discuss locations, time, weather, outfits, style, collections and all other details of the shoot. This way on the day of your session we can focus on having fun and creating amazing images.
How many outfits do I bring?
We suggest bringing in at least 10 outfits along with accessories like hats, glasses, jewelery, props, etc. You can not bring in too much. We will go through and select outfits based on the locations we have chosen. Please make sure clothes are ironed, lint free and on hangers.
Do we pick out our location?
We have select locations picked out based on time of day, lighting and style of the shoot. That being said, we are very open to location ideas and love hearing creative ideas from our clients.
When do I pay for my session fee and what does that cover?
Your full sesion fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is the only way to hold your appointment. The session fee covers the time, talent and creative fee of the photographer and stylist. This fee is non-refundable.

What if I need to reschedule my session?
We understand that unexpected events come up whether due to illness, unforeseen events or other emergencies. If you need to reschedule, please call as soon as possible. While our session fees are non-refundable, you may use it for a one-time reschedule (if called within a 24-48 hr window) to scheduled within 6 months of your original appointment date.
When do I get to see my images and place my order?
Your ordering appointment will be scheduled approximately 2 weeks after your session. We take great pride in providing a fun, interactive way of viewing images for the first time and placing orders. It is very important that all the decision makers be present during this time as this is the appointment where your final decisions will be made. We will present your images in a slideshow. We will then help you select the images, groupings, books and frames suitable for your home. We specialize in helping select images and display presentations. We feel this process is a very important service that we provide.
Do you offer custom framing?
Yes. We specialize in art to decorate your home. As such, we offer custom canvas gallery wraps, metal prints and custom-framed portrait art ( in addition to other custom art displays such as our books and albums). We work with each client to ensure you choose a wall portrait display perfect for your images and the stlye of your home.
When is payment due for my order?
We require 100% of your order total before any part of the order is started. Balances must also be paid in full to receive any digital images or yearbook images. Orders are custom made and non-refundable.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will be ready for pick up approximately 6-8 weeks after being placed.
Can I have my items shipped to me?
If you desire shipping we will charge a shipping and handling fee for your portrait order.
Can I use an image from my session in my yearbook?
Yes, please choose these images at your ordering appointment.
How long will you keep my files?
Non-ordered images will be removed from our system following your ordering appointment. We do not archive files which are not ordered. All ordered and paid for images are archived for a period of up to one year. Images not paid for are deleted and not stored on our system.
